I HAVE JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT BE SHIPPED?


Quality is our most important concern. Please allow approximately 3 to 7 business days for your scale to be processed and produced before it is shipped.

Orders outside Europe are shipped via USPS and FedEx.

Average transit times are: 5 - 10 business days.
Under certain circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) shipping may be delayed. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays involving our carriers. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery is the responsibility of the logistics company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product has shipped. Each and every product can be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world, as our product research team spends the time to find high quality yet affordable products.

I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you misspelled or auto-filled your address, please simply reply to your order confirmation email and forward us the correct information email to myproscale@gmail.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 items arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.

If this has happened, please contact us with
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
Once we receive the scale, we will be happy to send you a new product at no charge.
