Refund policy
You have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be in new condition.
Please note that all returns and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the return.
Myproscale does not provide additional packaging for the return of your items.
If you choose to use packaging other than the original packaging, additional shipping and handling charges may apply as we have negotiated discounted rates based on the exact dimensions of our products
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can fix the problem immediately.

Refund
We will send a notification once we have received and reviewed the return and will then let you know if the refund has been approved. If so, your refund will be automatically transferred to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
