HOW DOES SHIPPING COST ME?

We ship free of charge throughout Europe!

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?


Quality is our most important concern. Please allow approximately 3 to 7 business days for processing and production time until your scale is shipped

Orders outside of Europe are shipped via USPS and FedEx.

Average transit times are: 7 - 14 working days
Under certain circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) shipping delays may occur. Although most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that affect our carriers. For this reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery is the responsibility of the logistics company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order . Tracking will be available once your product has been shipped. Every single product can be shipped from different fulfillment centers around the world as our product research team spends the time to find high quality yet affordable products.

I ENTERED A WRONG ADDRESS!

If you misspelled or auto-filled your address, please simply reply to your order confirmation email and forward the correct information to us. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We ship every item with additional padding. Despite this, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1000 products arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.

If this has happened, please contact us
- Your order number.
- A photo of the damaged product.
Once we receive the scale, we will be happy to send you a new product free of charge.
