Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of return, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and we will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns and associated costs are to be borne by the customer.
Your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Myproscale does not provide any additional packaging for the return of your items.

If you choose packaging other than the original packaging, additional shipping and handling charges may apply as we have negotiated discounted rates based on the exact dimensions of our products

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue promptly.

We will send you a notification once we receive and inspect the return and let you know if the refund is approved. If so, your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 5 business days have passed since we approved the return, please contact us at Info@myproscale.com.

Please note: If the package is not accepted or not picked up, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we will be entitled to deduct 15 euros from the amount you will receive in return.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us by email or phone and state the reason for your return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 7 days.

To register your return, simply contact info@myproscale.com. UnseOur customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible and send you return instructions.

2. Prepare your product
Please package the item you wish to return securely, preferably in the original packaging. Note: Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.
